INSPECTIONS
We offer a semi-annual property inspection in addition to an annual inspection upon lease renewal or tenant move out. We provide a detailed report complete with photos and a description of the property and this report is uploaded to our owner's online portal.
TENANT SCREENING
Finding the right tenant is more important than finding a quick tenant. We have a thorough application which allows us to verify prior rental history, employment, reference checks as well as a credit and criminal background screening.
MAINTENANCE
We coordinate all maintenance repairs and keep you in the loop throughout the process. We do not want a repair bill catching you off guard so we will communicate all repair requests with you. We only use vendors who are licensed and insured to perfrom work on your property.
ENFORCEMENT
Our main job is to enforce the terms of all leases fairly and according to state law. We have a fantastic landlord/tenant attorney on retainer who can answer questions and provide guidance should a problem arise.

We offer a 12 month guarantee for all tenants that we place in the properties. This means that if a tenant needs replaced for ANY reason within the first 12 months, we will replace them at no charge.
We have a 24/7 emergency repair line, this allows tenant to contact us even on holidays or weekends for a maintenance issue so that way you don't have to worry about it.
