Interested In Becoming a Vendor for Moxie Real Estate?
Here are our basic requirements:

General Liability - We require a minimum of $1,000,000 in liability insurance as well as a certificate of insurance listing Moxie Real Estate as an additional insured.
​
Worker's Compensation - We require you to provide worker's compensation to all employees who will work on properties managed by Moxie Real Estate.
​
W9 - We will need a signed W9 on file.
