Our Services and Fees
What do we charge for property management services?

As a full-service residential property management company, We are members of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) as well as the National Association of Realtors (NAR). We strive to provide a premier property management experience.
We handle the complete “rent cycle” from getting a property rent ready, to marketing the property, conducting showings, screening tenants, drafting the lease, lease fulfillment, lease renewal, move out, and then back to the rent ready stage. We coordinate all inspections, handle security deposits, coordinate maintenance requests and take care of the after-hours and weekend issues that inevitably arise. We have a network of proven and trusted vendors who can perfom maintenance on your property.
We keep our fees simple. They are as follows:

Monthly management fee: $99
(we do offer a multi-property discount)
2. Tenant placement: $750 – We guarantee our tenants for 12 months. What this means to you is that if we need to replace this tenant for ANY reason within the first 12 months, we will do it free of charge.
3. Lease renewal: $150
4. Setup: $199 – This is a one time fee for bringing your portfolio over to Moxie Real Estate and covers the cost of rental registration with the county, licensing with the AZ Department of Revenue, etc.

We DO NOT mark up repair bills!
