Your rent is ALWAYS due on the first day of the month. It is considered late if not received by 5 pm on the day as indicated in your lease. Late rent will be assessed a late fee and /or collection costs per the terms of your lease agreement.

You can submit rent payments using a credit card , debit card , bank info via our online platform. You can also drop of checks or certified funds at our office during business hours.
